A Licensed Mental Health Counselor seeing clients in Seattle

Welcome, I admire your courage in seeking support! I invite you to browse my website and contact me for a free conversation to learn more about my practice.

I am passionate about providing a safe and nonjudgmental place for you to grow, discover your voice and live the life you want.  I tailor my approach to each individual client based on your interests, needs and goals that we discuss together.

My main focus is supporting adults and seniors living with trauma, PTSD, grief and loss. I also help clients with the following challenges;

  • Life transitions

  • Overwhelming emotions

  • Worry, ruminating thoughts

  • Anxiety, panic attacks

  • Sadness and depression

  • Bi-polar Disorder

  • Caregiver support

  • Memory and concentration concerns

Healthy connection is crucial to our well-being. I offer individual therapy for those with relationship challenges, including:

  • Communication barriers and boundary issues

  • Separation

  • Divorce

  • Infidelity

I welcome diversity in my practice.

I work with individuals using a mindfulness-based and holistic approach.  Research shows that mindful living can build new neuropathways in our brains, making positive and sustainable change.

I also draw from, and am trained in, the following theories:

  • Lifespan Integration

  • Focusing

  • Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Together we can decide what works best for you.
